Orders – Deliveries – Conditions

Our delivery days are monday, wednesday and friday from the middle of november till the middle of april. From the end of april till the end of october deliveries are by arangement only.

Orders are to be given by fax or by E-Mail, on our order forms only.

The orders are to arrive between 5 and 7 days before delivery and before

14.00 o’clock. If you order later, we can not garantie your required date of delivery.

The transport costa go to the customers charge, or rather, we calculate the costs directly into your invoise.

The minimum order amount is 50 Kg. We try hard to keep the delivery route as short as possible, in order to keep the transport costs down. Of course by personal collection, there will be no charge.

Our prices are variable, you are to be sure to order from the current price list.

By ordering, you as the customer, recognize the payment and delivery conditions.

The transport charges are from our warehouse in Goch or Wellerlooi in Holland.

Payment conditions

Payment: 14 days after the invoise.

If the value of the goods is under 100 Euros, it is to be paid immidiately,otherwiese the payments are to be transfered without any deduction

or discount !!!

If the payments are beyond the pay date, we are forced to accept no more orders.

If the payment is within 1 week of the date of invoise we will grant you a 1,5 %

Discount. By declaring a derict debit, we will grant you a 2,5 % discount.

The delivered goods remain our own property, untill fully paid.

Complaints

Even with constant quality controles, mistakes are not out of the question. If there is cause of complaint, please fax us the complaint within 24 hours after the delivery. Complaints that are too late or incomplete will not be recognized.

• - - package number/code number
• - type
• - size of package/type
• - total size in Kg
• - fault/discription

Legal  stand

All payments should be made to Goch. The law court for both parties is Kleve.

Payments are to be made to Goch, law court is Kleve.
